Skill Development
Gymnasts will focus on honing skills applicable toward optional, elite, and college gymnastics. This team camp focuses on gaining and growing those skills to the next level in a safe and fun environment.

Nicole Langevin
Nicole is an Olympic choreographer, international clinician, and Level 10-rated judge with over two decades of experience elevating gymnastics artistry and performance. She has choreographed routines for Olympic athletes including Chellsie Memmel, Alicia Sacramone, Kyla Ross, and Houry Gebeshian, as well as members of the Swiss National Team.
A top-rated speaker for USA Gymnastics and Gymnastics Canada, she is also the founder of Precision Choreography and My Gym Judge, and hosts the podcast "What Makes You Think...". Nicole's innovative approach combines technical precision with artistic expression, inspiring gymnasts and coaches worldwide.

Brandon Morrison
Brandon has been involved in the Strength sports of Competitive Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman since 2008, and has been coaching competitive athletes in these sports since 2011. In addition competing in Powerlifting and Strongman, Brandon has also trained hundreds of athletes in one-on-one sessions, around the world at his strength seminars, and writing personal programming for satellite clients.
Brandon trains his athletes in a way that focuses on building strength and power with the tried-and true classic lifts, with a focus on weight progression, technical development, and the longevity of the athlete

Lauren Swanson
Lauren is an interdisciplinary artist and educator with a BFA in Dance from Wayne State University.
Through her Acrobatic Arts certification, Lauren has developed a deeper connection to the gymnastics world, gaining insight into the physical and mental demands placed on young athletes. Her approach supports gymnasts in building strength, coordination, body awareness, and injury prevention—helping them enhance performance while maintaining long-term wellness.
Lauren designs engaging choreography that is not only fun and expressive but also offers transferable elements that can enrich floor routines with artistry, fluidity, and musicality.

Heather Cooper-Kim
Heather Cooper Kim grew up in the Lansing area and earned a full ride gymnastics scholarship to Michigan State University and competed for the Spartans from 1991-1995. After college, she worked full time as the developmental program’s head coach and level 3-6 & optional teams assistant coach at Great Lakes Gymnastics/Twistars in Lansing, MI. Heather has continued to coach either part time or as a substitute coach ever since and currently helps out at Capital City Flips Gymnastics in Lansing. In 2011, Heather became certified as a gymnastics judge and has continued to judge women’s artistic gymnastics and is now a certified level 10 judge.
