This 1 hour class is optimal for girls new to gymnastics or little experience. Students in this class will learn basics in gymnastics gaining a base of skills allowing them to move into more advanced classes. This recommended to new students to classes first to get acclimated to the equipment as well as the way our staff runs classes. This class will build strength, basic skills, and confidence not only in the gym but outside of the gym as well.
This 1 hour class is recommended for students with some gymnastics experience or tested our of our level 1 class. Designed for students who want to advance from basic gymnastics skills, stay fit, build core strength and flexibility learned in Girls 1. A progressive set of lesson plans trains your daughter on all four Olympic events: Floor, Vault, Bars, & Beam.
This 1 hour class is designed for the gymnast with experience, skill development and the ability to perform all of the basic to intermediate skills independently according to our Recreational Program. Students skill focus will be increased from the Girls 1and 2 classes. Designed for students who want to learn intermediate level gymnastics skills, stay fit, build core strength and flexibility. A progressive set of lesson plans trains our gymnasts on all four Olympic events: Floor, Vault, Bars, & Beam. As your child advances through their skills, they have the opportunity to move up into the Girls 4.
Ages 8 and Up: 1 1/2 hour class
Gymnasts must have progressed through prior levels to be recommended for this group. Having 90 minutes per class will allow the coach to delve deeply into each skill, new and basic, so that each gymnast can master it. Not only will the coach work on the skills listed in the prior levels but will begin introducing higher level skills. We will challenge all students to do their absolute best each time so that they can make that skill.
