This time consist of drills, progressions, strength, and flexibility to improve your back handspring skills. If you want to have a blast working on back bends, back walkovers, and back handsprings and many variations of tumbling, you won’t want to miss this clinic!!

Open gym is a fun-filled time where any child can come to play, jump, and work on their gymnastics skills! Bring a friend to enjoy the Tumble Track, Trampoline,  and all of our fun equipment! Children 4 and under, must have parents (must remain at the facility!)
